Cookie Categories
Essential Cookies
These are required for the website and portal to function properly:
- Authentication: Keep you logged into A.X.E.L Portal
- Security: Protect against unauthorized access and forgery

Marketing Cookies
Set only if you accept marketing cookies. They let us measure which of our Facebook and Instagram ads lead to filings. When you pay for a filing with this consent, we also tell Meta about the purchase from our server; the Privacy Policy explains exactly what is sent.
- Meta Pixel: loaded through Cloudflare Zaraz, which sends events to Meta from Cloudflare's servers
- Ad click identifier: the fbclid, gclid or msclkid from an ad link, kept for up to 90 days
Analytics Cookies
These help us understand how visitors use our services:
- Cloudflare Analytics: Privacy-focused analytics that don't use cookies or track personal data

Where Your Choice Applies
We run several sites on the axel.trade domain: the main site (axel.trade), A.X.E.L Portal (portal.axel.trade), and A.X.E.L Filing (ct600.axel.trade and file.axel.trade).
Your cookie choice is stored in a single cookie set at the axel.trade level, so it applies across all of them. Accepting or rejecting on one site carries your decision to the others, and you are not asked again on each. You can change it at any time from the cookie settings on any of those sites, and the change applies everywhere.
Local Storage
In addition to cookies, our services use browser localStorage and sessionStorage:
Data Stored Locally
- Theme preferences: Light/dark mode settings
- Interface state: Sidebar, panel, and layout preferences
- Form drafts: Temporary storage to prevent data loss (A.X.E.L Portal)
- Cache data: Improve performance by storing frequently accessed data
This data stays on your device and is not transmitted to any server unless you explicitly save changes to your account.
Do Not Track
Browsers apply "Do Not Track" inconsistently and there is no agreed standard for responding to it, so we do not rely on it. Instead, the cookie banner is the control: analytics and marketing cookies are off until you accept them, stay off if you reject them, and can be switched off at any time from the cookie settings link in the footer. Essential cookies are unaffected either way.
